Which cities do you operate in?

We are currently available in Bengaluru, near major hospital clusters such as Manipal Old Airport Road, Aster CMI, and Narayana Health City. More cities are coming soon.

Is Cureiddha a hospital?

No. We are an independent care-coordination service. All medical decisions are made by your treating doctors and hospitals.

How are recovery stays different from a hotel or Airbnb?

Our stays are screened for distance to hospital, lift access, wheelchair friendliness, hygiene standards, a caregiver bed where applicable, and the ability to accept long stays. The host or building is briefed on the needs of recovering patients.

Can I book a stay for more than 15 days?

Yes. Many of our stays support long-stay bookings and offer monthly rates. Mention long stay in your request and the coordinator will share suitable options.

Most of our listings are within 1–3 km of the relevant hospital cluster. The distance is shown on each listing.

We coordinate with vetted local nursing and attendant providers. We do not employ medical staff directly. All credentials and shift terms are shared with you before booking.

Yes. We arrange airport pickup, daily hospital transport, and ad-hoc transport for diagnostics or pharmacy runs.

We coordinate with partner kitchens for diabetic-friendly, soft-diet, post-surgery, and regional cuisine options. Please share dietary requirements in your request.

Stay pricing is per night (or per month for long stays) and is set by the property. Care services are charged separately based on what you select. You receive a clear indicative quote before confirming.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quote includes the stay, selected services, taxes, and any coordination fee. Anything extra (for example, additional nights or new services) is confirmed with you in writing before being billed.

We share a secure payment link or bank transfer details once you confirm. A partial advance may be required to hold the stay; the balance is paid before check-in or as agreed.

Most requests are responded to within a few hours. For urgent travel (within 7 days), please tick the urgent option and we will prioritise your enquiry.

Yes. Every request generates a unique reference code so you and our coordinator can track it across WhatsApp, email, and calls.
